Each year, we celebrate Indiana's top leaders in community development during the awards ceremony at our annual Prosperity Indiana Summit. Any individual or program that exemplifies excellence in innovative leadership or service on behalf of Hoosiers is eligible to win one of our four awards:
All candidates receive one free ticket to summit and are acknowledged in a press release prior to the event. Winners are announced at Summit. They join an elite group of Indiana's best community development leaders and also receive an award and cash donation of $1,000-$2,500.
Michael Carroll Community Economic Development Leadership Award Presented by First Financial Bank
This signature award recognizes an "industry legacy or veteran" who has consistently provided excellent leadership, advocacy, support, and innovation in community development for many years. Individuals may work with nonprofit, government, or private organizations.
