            Join us at the Marriott Downtown Indianapolis for an early prep session about Prosperity Indiana’s policy agenda, an overview of plans for the day, and light breakfast.

            8:30 AM - 9:00 AM - March to the Statehouse

            Freshen up, review your notes, and walk across the street to the Statehouse with us. Never been before? We’ll guide you to our reserved spot in the North Atrium. 

            9:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Opening Remarks

            Hear opening remarks to kick off Statehouse Day from Prosperity Indiana Executive Director Jessica Love, National Low Income Housing Coalition President and CEO Diane Yentel, and legislator champions.  

            9:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Statehouse Day

            • Check with the registration table to join an insider walking tour of the Statehouse led by one of our experienced partner advocates, where you’ll learn the no-nonsense ins and outs of your Indiana Statehouse. 

            • Stop by our letter writing campaign station to write an email to a legislator you weren’t able to meet with or want to follow up with. Let them know your thoughts using our easy, assistive tech.

            • Meet at the podium to link up with others interested in the same committee hearings as you, and attend these meetings as a group. 

            • Network with other leaders in your field of interest by locating the tables labeled as either affordable housing, community development resources, or asset building & consumer protections and saying hello to those nearby.
