Trying to engage more residents in your neighborhood association or homeowners association? Looking for ways to improve governance in your association?

Attend this two-hour session to learn more about neighborhood associations (NAs) and homeowners associations (HOAs). We'll discuss how to set up or grow into a strong governance structure, how to get residents engaged in activities and decision-making, and the role of your association in the community at large.

Is there a specific topic or question you'd like to have addressed during the training? Email the trainer at rmattingly@prosperityindiana.org.

This training will be led by Rachel Mattingly, Program Manager for Prosperity Indiana. Rachel provides training and consulting to boards and organizational leaders around the state.

This training has been organized by Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development (HAND), with support from Old National Bank Foundation. Additional trainings in this series included Board Basics, held in April, and Local Advocacy Basics, scheduled for October. If you attended the April training would like to register for all three courses at the reduced rate of $50, please email andrea@handincorporated.org.
