Are you looking for ways to get more involved with a cause you support? Have you considered serving on a board, but been unsure what it means?

Join the PNC African American Employee Resource Group, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Alpha Mu Omega Chapter, and the National Black MBA Association for this interactive professional development and networking opportunity. Rachel Mattingly, Director of Training for Prosperity Indiana, will share the importance of board service and how you can leverage your service to build skills and your résumé. This session will address questions like, Why should I join a board? How do I decide which board to join? And what do board members do? You’ll walk away with a better understanding of what board service can do for you and with more confidence in the value you’ll bring to the organization you serve.

Following the two-hour training, you’ll have time to network with other Indy professionals over drinks and hors d’ouevres. Don’t miss out on this exclusive event at The Neidhammer, a beautiful 1901 building that’s served as a secret society, a night club, and now an event space.
