MANAGING OPERATIONS IN TIMES OF CRISIS

While global health and governmental agencies grapple with how best to fight the new coronavirus (COVID-19), nonprofit organizations worldwide are scrambling to figure out what steps they should take and how they can be helpful in this time of uncertainty.

The COVID-19 pandemic poses new challenges to nonprofit organizations and local governments.  The vast majority of these institutions are new to managing their operations during times of crisis.  An emergency situation is different in that it brings with it an added level of complexity related to managing both the issue and long-term impacts to the organization.

As Prosperity Indiana continues to learn more about COVID-19 and how it’s impacting communities across the country and around the world, PI is here to support nonprofits with updates and resources to help you take steps to safeguard your employees, operations, and Hoosier communities.  That’s why we are offering a series of webinars designed to provide community development practitioners and leaders with the information they need to make informed decisions in the coming weeks and months.
