This year's Summit will focus on solutions to Indiana's affordable housing and will provide you content and networking opportunities to implement those solutions. New features and Summit take include:

  • Peer-created sessions selected by PI committee members
  • A pre-conference fireside chat discussing the potential impact of of new CRA regulations
  • 30-minute "Rapid Fire" sessions of best practices you can use.
  • 75-minute sessions going deep into policy, programmatic, and philanthropic solutions for Indiana's housing crisis
  • Awards recognizing your peers and the fantastic work they do
  • A call to action to increase Indiana Housing Counseling services

Jesse Van Tol

President and CEO

National Community Reinvestment Coalition

As NCRC’s President and CEO, Jesse champions fairness in banking, housing, and business. He has been with NCRC since 2006 and his work has resulted in nearly $300 billion in new investments in low- and moderate-income communities through Community Benefits Agreements with banking institutions. 

Jesse is a popular speaker and lecturer, and has testified before Congress, and appeared on NPR, in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, POLITICO and many other outlets. He also sits on a variety of advisory boards, including the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Affordable Housing Advisory Councils. He is a member of the consumer advisory councils of Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, TRUIST, Fifth Third, Huntington National Bank, First Horizon, KeyBank, and Quicken Loans.

Jesse received his bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received an executive education certificate from the Harvard Kennedy school as part of NeighborWorks’ Achieving Excellence.
