Planning
Services Update
PI is excited to assist the Noblesville Housing Authority with their
CDBG Consolidated Planning Process. The process will include data analysis,
community stakeholder conversations, and targeted recommendations to strengthen
priorities for Hamilton County’s CDBG allocation process.

Association for Latino Community Asset Builders has an array of NALCAB
Publications to expand small businesses, financial capability, and equitable
neighborhood development for Latinos within your community. Publications include
Models and Practices: Lessons from Latino-Serving Financial Capability
Programs, Expanding Lending to Minority-Owned Small Business, and Promising
Practices for Advancing Equitable Development.

- Prosperity Indiana is excited to welcome Destinee Lewis as Engagement Manager. Destinee brings expertise in event coordination and relationship building, which will be instrumental in enhancing our network’s membership value and capacity.
- Prosperity Indiana is also welcoming Tonya Dinkins to our team as Housing Stability Evaluation and Data Manager. Tonya will be supporting the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance, Housing Stability Network, and Housing Stability Program Managers to successfully execute their mission of increasing housing opportunities and economic stability for low-income households.

Advocacy Opportunity Visit Prosperity Indiana’s Advocacy Action Center and use our live action alert to urge U.S. Senators Todd Young and Mike Braun to express support for and vote for the Child Tax Credit expansion legislation in its current form, as it arrived from the United States House of Representatives. It stands to benefit 326,000 Hoosier children– particularly those of low income families –if it becomes law.

LEAP $10,000 Down Payment Assistance Grant for First Time LMI Homeowners
Merchants Bank offers the Lender Equity Assistance Program (LEAP), a $10,000 grant designed to make homeownership dreams a reality. They are honored to give eligible first-time homebuyers a leap forward toward homeownership with a LEAP grant, which can be used for down payment, closing costs and homebuyer counseling expenses.
