Overview:

Join PI staff and a national expert from the National Low Income Housing Coalition's research team for a discussion exclusive to PI members. Attendees will understand the housing needs of Indiana's lowest-income renters; where the numbers come from; and how members use the state/county/metro and legislative district data from The Gap and Out of Reach reports to benefit the Hoosiers and communities they serve.

About Dan Emmanuel

Dan Emmanuel is the Director of Research at NLIHC. Before joining the organization in 2013, he worked in a range of housing and community development contexts, with a particular focus on program evaluation and community needs assessment. Dan earned his BA in philosophy and psychology from the College of William & Mary and his MSW with a concentration in community and organization practice from Saint Louis University.
